  • The Group had an overall revenue of c. £750m in 2010 with a profit before tax of £36.5m with the UK & Ireland representing 59% of revenue and Spain 41%
  • The Group's head office is based in Darlington employed 3,116 people, of which 2,157 are located in the UK and Republic of Ireland and 959 are based in Spain
  • The total fleet in the UK and Republic of Ireland was 60,900, with an average age of 20.8 months, of which 13% were cars and the remainder commercial vehicles
  • The total fleet in Spain was 48,900 vehicles with an average age of 27.2 months of which 46% were cars and the remainder commercial vehicles
  • The targeted utilisation levels in UK and Spain are in excess of 90%
